Four Oakland Raiders face suspensions for steriods

ATLANTA (SI.com) -- Four Oakland Raiders have tested positive for the designer steroid tetrahydrogestrinone (THG), sources told SI.com on Sunday.

The NFL Today first reported that Raiders defensive tackle Dana Stubblefield, center Barrett Robbins, linebacker Bill Romanowski and defensive tackle Chris Cooper were informed via letter of their positive THG tests. Pending an appeal, each faces a four-game suspension by the NFL.



Ya know...come to think of it...this makes complete sense. Romanowski was one guy who always blew his top on the filed, looks like he had bad cases of 'roid rage.
I saw a pic of him for an ad recently...he looked fantastic for a man his age...what is he now...like 35?36? Toned better then he was in Denver.
Still.....he fucked up. I do not think Oakland will have ANY chance for the postseason now.

that might be an understatement. The funny thing about those 4 is that none of them make such a difference. Cooper and Stubblefield leave a spot on the line open but Romo would be out anyway and Robbins can be replaced by Treu. So nothing really changes.
