i dont know all the allegations against him so i may be wrong, but if this is something that has happened recently I think its the parents fault...about ten years ago the first allegations were up against him and the whole world knew about it..I am sorry but with the passed history of allegations against him there is no way in hell i would let my kid stay with michael jackson

Scott Turow wrote a book with the title Presumed Innocent. There ya go.

The presumption of innocence evolved exactly because people who everyone knows is dead guilty still are afforded equal protection. So someone standing over a body clutching the smoking gun a crowd just watched said person empty into the body may be presumed innocent for the purposes of due process.

What I don't like about this case is the fact that Micheal may not have touched THIS boy. I'm sure he's touched boys in the past and I hope they come forward, but it's starting to look like this one specific case has some problems. i dont know all the allegations against him so i may be wrong, but if this is something that has happened recently I think its the parents fault...the parents definitely deserve blame (and, in my opinion, to have their children taken away) for sending their kid to stay with a man previously accused of molestation, even if it was never proven. however, just because there are awful parents in the world, that does not give mr. jackson the right to abuse their children. i think "fault" should be handed out all around.

and as far as his guilt... he's innocent of the actual molestation until (assuming it is) it is proven at trial. either way, i'd still say that he's definitely guilty of something. i think it might be abusive to some degree for a 45 year old man to be sleeping in the same bed with young boys, even in the absence of touching.

and how in the hell does michael still have his kids?
