What was your most anticipated moment on the "Ron & Fez" show?

From the first show after "Redbank" until the time Billy Staples called in from the motel somewhere in Pennsylvania, I was glued to the radio. The wait was well worth it because that phone call from the Pennsylvania motel room was the best radio and one of the funniest things I have EVER heard period.

After the second B.A.N.O.F.. That was the one where Dukes said he was sick, right? After everything that went down that night I figured he'd either kill himself or go apeshit on the next show.

Yes, that's the show when he claimed to have the fever before and during the fight with Black Earl. I particularly liked this show because it opened with a HUGE Billy Staples "pop" from the entire staff and the callers being that he was victorious running the gamut of the "Diggstown" challenge and was actually mentioned in the New York Post on Page 6 (gossip column).

It wasn't my most-anticipated moment, but I was looking forward to Fez talking about the Bucs win on Monday after the last Super Bowl. Sadly, we all know how that worked out. :(

It put a smile on my face to hear the boys, and also to hear all the old charaters and listeners call up and thank the boys. From that day on, I recorded almost every show.

I have last year's christmas shows with all the Capo's christmas wishes. I played it last week, and it's probably the 10th time I've heard it, and I still enjoy it and laugh.

It was definately the first show after Opie and Anthony were cancelled. I remember when they came on the air, I believe that Rory was doing the intro. I went something like this-
Broadcasting live from NYC where on a clear day you can almost see.....you know, I really don't feel like saying anything funny right now....It's the Ron and Fez show...... And so on and so on.

It really officially hit me at that point what exactly had went down. It was great to hear the boys at that point. Who knew what would become of them and the station. Damn, I miss the AFRO.

After the "WNEW is going country" rumor started. R&F started the show with a couple of country tunes and then welcomed listeners to the "Ronnie Lee and Fezephus Show". Brilliant!

Their Inevitable Return! Yeeeehhhhhaaaw! Like that Jedi guy, Duke Skyjumper! He returned! In "Star Wars Part Three"! Remember? That's how Ron and Fez are going to return! They've constructed new light zabers and everything!

THAT was hilarious. I was about to leave work but I had to stay because they kept playing country tunes. I don't think they went on the air until 7:20 or so. I was so relieved and the calls from pissed off and equally relieved callers was hilarious. Cruel and brilliant.

I hate the Bucs but I was waiting for Fez's reaction to the Super Bowl victory as well.

Another one that I really looked forward to was when Al quit after Billy shit on his paycheck. The inevitable Al whining and Billy's apologies were/are
classic!

As someone who attended the last New York event at the Hard Rock, I couldn't wait to hear the show that I was actually at. I don't know how you all were feeling, but I laughed so hard that night and totally enjoyed listening to how it sounded on the radio.

Thanks for clearing that up but your "Spy Report" would have been a bit more helpful to the poor guy while he was getting attacked by the entire staff and callers who were accusing him of being a liar.

My most anticipated moment was when Billy was supposed to get the Prince Albert after losing a bet to Wonderboy. I was sitting in my car waiting to hear it and when Billy called it off with those lame ass excuses I was screaming at the radio I was so mad.

TAKE HER HAIR

Hilarious until Wonderboy and his screwy girlfriend killed the bit. Why'd they bring him out of all the guys from NY?
Billy, Hawk, Mikey-D, even Al Dukes would have been better. He sucks.

I think Wonderboy just came out of no where and said he hated Stiffler. They wanted to have a fight in the lobby but they couldnt.

That was my first board event, and it was right after I had spent 2 months in OK, so I was so happy to be back and to hear the show.

Good call Jon. Now I'm looking forward to this year's. It'll be their first in DC but I hope they get a lot of calls from the NY/NJ folks.

People have said these before, but mine was the BANOF where Al was on the chopping block, I listened to that at work and was literally screaming at the people I work to shut up so I could hear the show better. I returned a customers car late because we were in the eigth round. My boss and I were on opposite sides of the fence for the whole thing, him for Rory and me for Al, it's one of my few good memories of that job.

I loved when they played up the International Silver String Submarine Band and did all the Little Rascals drops, and the band came in and actually didn't suck. That was cool.
