I was watching the Today show this morning. They were talking about the show Average Joe. Apparently the hot girl who stars on the show was disguised to look really fat, and one of the average Joes said she was a DUFF. Katie Couric asked, "what's a DUFF?" and Matt Lauer says in this real solemn tone "designated ugly fat friend." He was so full of shit, you know he wanted to laugh.

Well, it got me thinking...what's a MILFF? I've seen that expression on the board a dozen times, but I don't know what the fuck a MILFF is.
