The other day i bought some sort of OTC arthritis pills, because i was having a bad pain in my jaw, not teeth, but the actual joint area of the jaw, and i figured arthritis happens in the joints, the pain is in a joint, sounds good.
The question i pose is, what is the difference between arthritis pills and regualr pain relievers. i read the bottle and it says the active ingredient is acetaminophen, which is just whats in tylenol, so whats the difference between the two?
"You guys, do you know where i can find the clitoris?"
"what is that like finding jesus or something?"

Here's a secret: nothing.
It's just marketing. I imagine they got permission from the FDA to label as being specifically for arthritis. Same way Advil has a "migraine" formula, but it's the same ibuprofen in the same dose as their regular pills.
Certainly that's not always the case, but if the only active ingredient listed is acetaminophen, well, you do the math.

I think the migraine stuff has caffeine in it as well.

No, <a href="http://www.advil.com/migraine/index.asp">it</a> doesn't.
You're thinking of <a href="http://www.excedrin.com/8_product_info/8-2a_emlabel.html">Excedrin migraine</a>, but again, it's got the exact same ingredients as <a href="http://www.excedrin.com/8_product_info/8-1a_eselabel.html">regular excedrin</a>.
