okay maybe not great, but he gets the team fired up, they like playing under him. the game against buffalo he started making players earn their starting jobs at every position. and they won that game. and he's willing to gamble, to go on it on fourth and short to take the two point conversion and i like all of this stuff. i dont htink id would like a team built soley on defense and running the ball, they air the ball out they go deep, and work hard under him.

i really like him as a coach,he's not a stiff coach, and he makes me believe in the team. i beleived they would make the playoffs last year when they were 2-5, and hes having me believe theyll make the playoffs , i cant say that about any other coach of a local team.

Agreed. Hermy is a good coach who is getting better with experience, but he needs better support people, and those two buffoons need to go ( but keep the west coast offense, cause Chad will be a great quarterback with that offense ).
