Drudge is reporting that Eminem's got a new song coming out called "We As Americans". The "controversial" lyrics include the following:

I just think it's kinda funny that Eminem is saying "Fuck money" in a song. Whether he wants to be or not, the guy's fucking filthy rich and should shut his fucking mouth. That's like going up to a homeless person with a Thanksgiving turkey in your hand and saying "Fuck food".

I don't need to do any such thing. It's really simple: this is about a song. Making songs is legal. Nowhere in the song does he condone violence against any president. Expressing a desire to see something is completely different from threatening to do something. If anything, he's guilty of thoughtcrime. Didn't know we reached that far yet.
