When will it end?

Okay, I've been patient, but this replaying of the morning show at 10:00pm seems like its been going on for well over a month now. My question is: will it eventually come to an end? Or is it written in stone at this point? Maybe I'm more used to complaining because I'm a Don&Mike fan first and a Ron&Fez fan second, but this is really starting to get on my nerves. I mean, a TWO HOUR SHOW on Mondays? Come on! Where's the outrage? Just when the show gets going, they skip out of work and replay the show that was aired less than ten hours earlier. It's just not fair!

I think they are owed plenty of slack for putting in the time to do two shows a day; they could have easily gone the route of replaying an hour from the night-time show at 11am the next day, and be done with it, but I really think it shows a lot of class, and a lot of faith, that they are sticking with this - and I also think it's a decent compromise by the managment of WJFK.

A lot of people don't get to hear both shows (like me), so I appreciate "the fastest hour in radio" even if it is 11 hours later.

Shows like Ron and Fez (and Don and Mike, and Stern, and O&A) have hard core listeners who listen to every second of the show, so maybe it seems like a jip, but the average radio listener is not glued to the radio for four hours a stretch.

Again - R&F will either be rewarded with the mid-day spot, and they will turn the night time slot over to Jeffe, OR they will find a different replacement for the O'Reilly mess, and R&F will be back to ruling the night.

Even with the replay, they are still doing 19 hours of radio a week. Add in show prep, meetings with the brass, reading emails, Redskins pre-show, etc. and you have a pretty full work week. I begrudge them nothing.


I love the Ron and Fez show, but they don't compare to Don and Mike.


Regarding your feelings per Don and Mike, I respect your opinion. However, I am completely baffled by it. I've given them a fair chance. They strike me as an East Coast Mark and Brian - bland talk radio.
