If I could revert Spazlike to the episode in Seinfeld in which Jerry finds himself sleeping with the maid, I am in a very similar situation.

I have been paying a young lady to tutor me in some academic areas that I am weaker in, and last week she made it clear to me during the course of one of our sessions that she would like to be involved with me in a physical way.

Therefore I have an obvious dilemma, as by paying her for the tutoring services she has given me, but if things become sexual during one of these sessions I would theoretically be paying her for sex. To confound matters, I am only able to see her during our regularly scheduled tutoring sessions.

So is this prostitution or not? And if it is, do I smack her in the chest with the cash at the end, or do I leave it on the nightstand ala Risky Buisness?
