honestly the idea behind this product is great, but nokia didnt do a goodjob at putting it into practice. ive seen it and played it, and it just doenst work. buttons are too small, and the screen is a rectangle so it doesnt fit the games. also using the actual phone is like holding a taco. this product will improve, it just has to.

Actually I mostly bought it just to be able to say I have one when they no longer exist. Same reason I bought a virtual boy.

Actually those were good handhelds, especially the Lynxx which was 16 bit with hardware scaling and the nomad which played the genesis library.

You also left out the very cool turbo express whose expensive high resolution screen priced it out of competition at $300.

But ultimately, short battery life and the fact that they were too big doomed them against Nintendo's juggernaut, the gameboy

Since I love to whine about racism on here, let me be the first to confess that when I heard, and still hear someone speak of the "N-Gage", something in my mind thinks "N-Word".

Not the actual word, but the phrase "N-Word". How sick is that? I've heard people say, for instance, "N-Chaser" when referring to that particular term for a firework. Again, not the word, but that exact phrase.

So when I hear, "N-Gage", there's that split millisecond, of "Why the F are you saying that?"

Go figure; and please let this not dissolve into something that needs locking, coz if it does because of this post feel free to delete it; just sharing a thought. 'sall...

Oh, and now I can't hear the word Gauge without thinking of that porn chick who was [is?] on Howard Stern; or he talked of her a lot. I thought it was a weird name, and then I went to eBay's adult section and typed in Gauge and I was like, WHOA!!! Like a thousand hits or something. That Gauge looks all of 17.

Speaking of Gauge, i have this DVD that was shot in first person, so it gives the impression that you are involved. Its great, and Gauge is damn good; hot young thing with a little southern accent. the DVD also has a naughty/ nice button on it that you can change her personality, its good.
