I'm listening to Michael Jackson being interviewed on 60 minutes. What I'm hearing is totally outragious!! Michael alleges that the arresting officers put handcuffs on him and then had the audacity to put his arms behind his back. He still suffers from swollen wrists which cause him to lose sleep at night due to the severe pain that he experiences. When he asked to use the restroom, they put him in a bathroom that had faeces smeared on every wall, on the ceilings, the floor, the toilet bowl etc. They kept poor Michael in there for 45 minutes in those horrendous conditions. But did Michael complain once while in police custody...oh no, Michael showed those officers of the law what he was made out of.
The way Mr. Jackson was treated while being booked disgusts and shames me since I was once a law officer myself. These police officers...no, let's call them what they truly are...PIGS... should be ashamed of themselves and apologize to Mr. Jackson and face the consequences of their actions.
Let's remember that Mr. Jackson is innocent until proven guilty and that he also a national treasure...I mean, would we treat the Declaration of Independence or the Gettysburg Address like this...I don't think so!!!
