ATT wireless sucks

ever since I bought my new phone with this GSM next generation crap, Ive had nothign but problems. Im getting billed for my old number which shoudl be the number I have now. SO Over the past 3 weeks, Ive been sitting on hold for hours on end having ATT tell me the port request should go through and everytime it doenst. They even PROMISE me they will call me back with the status of the port request and nothing. And godforbid I cancel with them, then they;ll fine my ass over 175 dollars. Im warning you people, go with someone esle. ATT BLOWS
