They didn't have a pre-nup so what stops him from getting half her money?

Due to the annulment, he isn't entitled to it. He could sue her to try to split the money she accumulated while they were married, but due to her lawyers, he would probably lose money in the deal.

Because their were no marital assets to split. If they had a joint bank account, that would be different. Everything she has is and has only been in her name. They weren't married long enough for him to get any money.
Or so I've heard. :)

Or bang that booty either. What a freaking rip-off. She was so drunk to get married but he didn't do the nasty with her.

He has to live with knowing that he's been the first one to marry her and didn't anything out of it.
Imagine having to live with THAT fact for the rest of your life...

It's different than a divorce. An annulment (sp?) is a complete erasure as if it never happened.
