We've all discussed situations like this: What would win in these battles: Cougar vs. Panther, Monkey vs. Kangaroo, Shark vs. Crocodile....
Well, Discovery channel is coming out with a show called "Animal Face-Off".
Here is a discription:
Discovery's upcoming series "Animal Face-Off," which seeks to educate viewers about the sheer power and physical abilities of some of the strongest and most dangerous creatures on earth, such as lions, sharks and crocodiles. Each installment will feature impressive mechanized models of these animals ferociously biting, clawing and destroying things. Each episode will end with a computer generated violent showdown between two animals who would likely never encounter each other in the real world due to differences in habitat, climate or geography. In other words, a shark will be shown ripping into a crocodile in order to illustrate who is the mightiest of the mighty.
Sounds like a winner!

I'm going with the croc.

That's tough but I'll go with the shark 'cause he can swim faster than croc but on land croc would win 'cause sharks- and this is to the best of my knowledge- do not have legs.

It's got to be a fair fight. I'd put them in a swimming pool.
Steve Irwin of baby dangling fame, went with the croc because of it's thick armor-like hide, among other reasons.

so if they played to 11 in pool b-ball, now there is a match. i'm sure the croc had some sick offense, but the shark would put up a fight with some good d in the paint. i don't know about this one.

Pitbull vs. Wolverine would be an AWESOME fight. I hope they make that a show. I would prolly put my money on the wolverine.
And a cat would kill a ferret. I have seen it happen at my girlfriends house. Nasty, smelly bloddy day. That cat was the devil re-incarnated.

No way can a pit bull take a hyena. Pit bulls are slow and small. The hyena could just run around the pit bull and keep bitting it on the sides. And the pitbull would get angry at the hyena because it would always be laughing. Once your angry your chances of winning go way down.

Mazzotti said the alligator may have clawed at the python's stomach as the snake tried to digest it. </p><p>In previous incidents, the alligator won or the battle was an apparent draw. </p><p>"There had been some hope that alligators can control Burmese pythons," Mazzotti said. "This indicates to me it's going to be an even draw. Sometimes alligators are going to win and sometimes the python will win."</p>
