I don't think it's set in Gotham City.
It's not Selina Kyle.
I've haven't heard of any cameos of anyone else of the Bat family.
It's Warner Brothers.

Mentions of Bruce Wayne, but that's it.
They own DC. They own Batman. Anything good or bad, it's theirs.
And don't forget the awfulness of Sharon Stone.

Plus, WB knows how awful the buzz is on this movie on the internet and they are desperate to turn things around.
