So I found this the other day:

I wasn't sure if the creator was being serious or it was more tounge-in-cheek, because it wasn't part of a page so there was no context. I think it's kind of funny, done in the WWII style poster.

DHS isn't some sinister monster like the Ministry of Peace or the Ministry of Love. And ashcroft has nothing to do with DHS, that's Tom Ridge. Ashcroft is DOJ. I guess Ridge is less of a boogyman than Ashcroft in some people's mind.
