That's a complaint I have too Perry. What did Al decide to totally ignore R&F 11-3? I hate when shows do their more recent best ofs in their week long best ofs instead of digging into the archives

Ikeaboy, you were watching a repeat of "The Critic" before you wrote that post eh? Howard has appeared several times on that show and each time it has made me laugh...because it's so true!!! FYI, Maurice Lamarche does that incredible impression.

I agree.I can't wait till they come back. This past week has been AWFUL and PONDEROUS. I no longer look forward to "the best of R&F" shows because Al Dukes is a lazy piece of crap who won't bother to look into the archives and play some old .com bits.DAMN I HATE Al Dukes. Bring back Dumpy Lapresto and his "dead air".

Ron and Fez and Opie and Anthony- My personal Lubricants.

Maurice also does the business' definitive Orson Welles imitation.

EDIT: and yes, you get the reference. I'm planning on calling the show Monday to complain about Al's selection. I mean the day before they go on break they discuss old characters we want back- they have a new audience- show them the characters THEY DISCUSSED. Show them Martin, show them the Pooster

The only complaint about this week's best of shows is that they were too fresh in my mind. Granted alot of it was funny but like you've stated it would've been great to hear at least one of those callers/characters on the show. There's a great archive of material and none of it gets played so it's just sitting there collecting dust. I hate to act like a crybaby but c'mon already Al do some work and get some stuff from 6, 7, 9 months ago prepared next time they're on vacation not something the regular audience has heard 2 times already.

I have to continue with the common motif here, as much as I love Ron & Fez I can't stand listening to their best of shows anymore because they aren't really a best of. Al should just title it, "Ron & Fez, here's what happened last week"

I've been able to fill some of this time that R&F were on vacation by listening to Sid on WFAN! The best sports guy lives on...

We should all show our appreciation that the "Best of Al Dukes" has passed once again and help the guys ease in tonight with some quality IF's.

Anybody tracking that killer shark up the coast? I think it'll hit wildwood next weekend...

I rule!

I used the "best of" as a chance to seperate myself from the radio 3-11 pm, if for only a week.

I did catch the Saddam TV bit yesterday, though, which is one of my fav's.
