Bush administration challenges WHO report on obesity (http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/3979628/)
Yes, another post bashing Bush. Now I'm with them as far as personal responsibility goes and I'm opposed to stopping companies from advertising to children, but then they say this:
Steiger said in his letter that the WHO report did not adequately address an individual's responsibility to balance one's diet with one's physical activities, and objected to singling out specific types of foods, such as those high in fat and sugar.
I'm speechless. But then here's an equally stupid comment:
"Government is part of the problem and government needs to be part of the solution."
Yeah, I hate when Bush's goons come to my house and shove food down my throat.
