MY boyfriend was hit from behind (insert joke here). His beautiful 1999 camaro was hit so bad both insurenses said it was a no use in fixen it. My question is what happens if we reject the amount the offer. Sean was in no way any fault, he was stopped and hit at about 50 mph from behind. He jsut want to pay off the car, get the rental back and the storage and a little to make a down paymenet on a new one.
Oh and has anyone heard of Clarenden insurense company, I sure haven't.

I imagine that if he's still making payments, he'd have to have collision. Most insurance companies make you take out collision untiil the car is paid off.

The company was the other guys, he had collison but they said they would not pay for rental car and he needs it for work, they told him to try the other company.

Not every company has rental coverage, and most will charge you extra if you have it as an option. I hope you got a police report and take down everything the insuance companys tell you, name who you talk to, etc. Good luck

When my car was hit, the mechanic I go to was cool and added the cost of my deductible to the estimate. So the insurance company covered the entire bill and I didnt have to pay anything out of pocket.
Insurance companies are a bitch to deal with. Sorry.
