Russian Kettlebell

Ive been reading up on these as an excercise tool, with their odd shape requiring more effort in a lift and swing that it burns more fat and strengthens ligaments and what not. Anyone use them? Where can they be bought? I saw them online, but I dont want to pay $60 for a 40 lb. weight to be sent by mail.

Hoppity hop! I remember them, I had a blue one with a blue loop handle, and my sister had a red one with Pokey head handle.

Pavels is the only site I keep running across, it must have the market cornered with them, because everything I see links to dragon door. Id like to get one, maybe 30 lb or so just to play with. I bought one of Pavels books on joint stretching and it was very hard to read (bad English) and his instructions were impossible for me to interpret.
