22 January 2004; 1905 EST: UPDATE: We are aware of the denials issued by the United States Department of State and the reports of US denials carried by various news outlets such as Reuters that Osama bin Laden has not been captured. We became aware of the initial rumor of his capture at the time it began circulating earlier today, and we were fully aware of the official denial. We do have verifiable intelligence, however, of "unusual movements and activities" of special US forces in certain areas where bin Laden and al Zawahiri have reportedly been seen - however we will NOT disclose this information to avoid compromising the safety, welfare and special operations of our men and women of the military. According to two highly placed and credible human sources within the intelligence community, these movements are indeed related to a "HVT" (High Value Target) within al Qaeda. Our sources are firm in their assertions that there is a "significant advancement" in the ongoing war on terror.

Speaking of catching dipshits, why is the government still playing down that one of our soldiers clocked Saddam when he was taken into custody? Apparently when they started cuffing him, he started struggling, spit on one of the soldiers, and the guy either whacked him with his rifle butt or just decked him flat out. What's the big deal?

Yes, I believe she didn't say that exact thing, but did say things to the effect that things are being done by Republicans for their political gains ( like Saddam's recent capture, and we knew where he was all along ), and I used her as an example of the theories coming from the distrusting left. I should have said "people like". Sorry for the confusion, I was trying to make a broad commentory of comedy here.

The Albright comment faded pretty fast, and all things seemed to indicate it was said more in jest than anything else (Yeah, she's gonna seriously rant about this off-camera at Fox News. As much as some people think all things and people related to Clinton are moronic, give her a LITTLE credit), and then was dressed up with a heaping helping of delicious spin.
