I've never heard of anyone stapling themselves before.

It sounded gruesome.

How do you psych up for this?

Opie put some right into his leg and he seems fine. However I would have to suggest against trying it.

it's been done before by the junks, and a long, long time ago on stern, but I've never heard it done quite like this.

Both jdubs and wonderboy put about 15 staples each into their arms, including the soft spots under the arm, that supposedly hurt like hell. Eventually Ron made them stop because neither was looking like they were going to give, even though there was blood.

They decided to declare a winner after a "stink finger" challenge. I don't know why they were so shocked WB beat Dubs. He's 0-2 against Crazy Jen, and (even though it was a Punk'd bit), WB proved he'll do anything to win something.
