You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

I'm 175 lbs (5-10) and want to drop 20 lbs. A low carb diet won't do for me because I'm not going to deprive myself of bagels and beer.

If you've made up your own diet please share it.

Why diet? Just do a few push ups and run around the block a few times. Or, If you have a forgiving surface, buy a jump rope. Or go swimming.
