The bar I went to the other night ran a special on rolling rock beer. Since i was strapped for cash i decided to take advantage of it.
It was the 1st time i had Rolling Rock, usually i would drink Corona or Heiniken but it has become my new favorite beer. Had a nice clean taste to it. I guess its those glass lined brewing tanks. Heres to the Latrobe Brewing Company

If I can't afford a decent beer, I'll usually just drink water. It's like Rolling Rock, except doesn't cost me anything.
Oh, and it's the most popular American beer in Paris.

I'm a beer snob, but that sounds extra beer snobby. As far as relatively cheap domestic beer goes, you can do far worse than Rolling Rock. American Lagers have their place in cuisine. If you want the taste of beer without it being overly heavy, an American-style lager can hit the spot on a hot, summer day.

Yeah, if I have to pick between shit like Bud and MGD and Heineken and Corona (ick) I definitely go for the Rolling Rock. Something about that sweet rice taste I guess.
But really, I very much prefer not to ever have to make that decision.

Allow me to reiterate.
Oh, and it's the most popular American beer in Paris.
And that's not even some generic bit of French bashing. Those people officially have THE worst taste in beer out of ANY western nation.

I drink a lot of beer. I seldom drink good beer anymore. I've got a fridge full of PBR, Natty Boh, and Natural Light. I acquired a taste for Yuenling while going to college in PA. I've had Schaeffer and Schlitz on purpose. Long ago I drank Mickeys Ice, Red Dog, and Icehouse. If i'm stuck I will drink Budweiser (though only out of a bottle).
I will never under any circumstances ever have a rolling rock again.
TooCute i'll see your Celebrator and raise you an Optimator:

Rolling Rock is ok, that is unless you can get Miller, which is "the champagne of bottled beers" (it says so right on the label, or Budweiser, which is the "king of beers" (again, check the label).
