It seems that theres quite an uproar over a few shirts. The shirts, with such graphics as: "Boys Are Smelly - Throw Garbage Cans At Them," and "The Stupid Factory - Where Boys Are Made," came to the attention of Glenn Sacks, a weekly radio show host in Seattle and Los Angeles, and he's been pushing people to complain to the stores about them. His and other's complaints have actually gotten a few stores to stop carrying the shirts and others to cancel orders.
How empty of a life does this guy have to lead, that he has to lead a protest movement against a little girl's shirt?

Is he really delusional enough to think that someone might do as the shirt says?
And as for the men that have been backing him on this campaign of insanity, what the hell are they thinking, isn't there something better they can be doing with their time.

No doubt this guy's got a lot of free time, but he does have one point. If they replaced "boys" with "girls" on all these shirts, NOW would be having an f-ing cow.

No, I'm saying these shirts are nowhere near being anti-male, and YES, the exact same shirt with women substituted would be anti-female.

The genders are not equal, our problems are FAR from equal, and the idea that a joke such as this would mean VERY different things for each gender should be obvious. Bias and discrimination and violence against women is still a very real thing for a multitude of reasons, to a very large part of the female population. A shirt like that about women would bring very real and very relevant and very serious issues down to juvenile and blatantly insulting level, and it really shouldn't be to surprising if people would be bothered by that, seeing as a good half the population of this country are the people facing these problems.

In contrast, there's little to no real "anti-male" movement. You and I are lucky there isn't. Why would anyone want to pretend like they have problems they don't actually have or have to deal with on anything even resembling a semi-regular basis? I, for one, know I've got it pretty fucking sweet as a white male in this country, and I don't waste my time making up problems that don't exist for "my kind."

Besides, I already have a "Girls hate me." t-shirt, and it's pretty fucking funny because it's TRUE.

There's a very odd movement going on in this country, seemingly stemming out of the notion of "anti-PC." These people (I'm not pointing fingers at anyone here, this IS a generalization) want to be able to point out our differences as much as possible (Jokes, stereotypes, etc.), but when it comes to any of the groups they want to talk about wanting to complain about something for THEMSELVES, suddenly we're supposed to all act like we're equal, and how DARE anyone want to try and seperate themselves from the great American herd. It's pretty hypocritical...
