Good question. I think there is a lot for the lady who might not be a fan of this type of movie, in that Lorraine Bracco just kick's ass; especially her narrating the parts about how things were 'different' for these wives and families.

That part, you know, when she's narrating and you see her showing off all the new furniture and that GOD-AWFUL looking, but quite cool for the time 'Home Theater TV/Stereo hidden behind wall' thing. That's Lifetime Gold.

And the way Liotta describes how 'saturday nights were for the wives, but friday night were for...' or whatever it was. Basically him explaining how they all fucked around, even the married. More Lifetime Gold.

I wonder what does /does not make it on TV, and what gets cut/changed/dubbed.

as much as i love this movie, it's damn annoying to have to flip a dvd in the middle of the movie ..... if there was ever a movie that needed a dvd redo, it has to be goodfellas
