Now, I'm not just talking "feel-good" movies... I'm talkin', "WOW man, I was fuckin' DEPRESSED five minutes ago, and now things are looking AWESOME thanks to this movie! I'm having a GREAT TIME watching this movie!" I'm talkin', "Oh, wait... maybe I should undo this noose, because this movie is on." I mean, I'm talkin', "Why do people pay money for prescription anti-depressants when they could just rent this movie?" movies. I'm talkin', "Hmmm, suicide is a bad idea. I think I'll hold it off... at least until this movie is over" movies.

That is a Japanese snuff movie! I managed a theatre in 1990 and the two movies we ran (no lie) was THE ADVENTURES OF MILO AND OTIS, and THE COOK THE THIEF HIS WIFE AND HER LOVER!

And M&O disturbed me more - there's a scene where the pug and the cat are in a basket that goes over a friggin waterfall! I'm sure that at least 4 o 5 animals were killed during the film.

There's no joke. I totally forgot how the kid from Ladybugs killed himself. And it's probably his fault for not watching his own movie enough. He would've changed his mind if he just popped in the tape and saw Rodney Dangerfield coaching a girls soccer team.
