The first couple times I had a sub there it was good. But they started to suck.

I like Potbelly a lot better if I can't get to a proper "Mom and Pop/ NY Deli" type place to get a sandwhich...

Have you tried Pot Belly? It's a chain sub shop. Still not as good as a real deli, but a lot better than Quiznos (http://www.potbelly.com/)
