Retired Gen. Wesley Clark, who finished third in both Tennessee and Virginia, will announce his withdrawl on Wednesday in his hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas.

I liked Clark, but he started too late, and he just never seemed comfortable campaigning. I still think he would have been a good leader, and maybe he will have a future with a President Kerry.
