View Full Version : UFO'S
around 6:30 tonight me and my friend rob were sleding anyway rob says "what the hell is that" i look up it is a object with lights not blinking moving real fast anyway a car pulls over and i look what there doing i look back up again its gone.... a few moments later i see a low plane i mean LOW so me and rob start running it passes over i go in side to tell my mom she says it was probley a satlilte so me and rob came to that conculsion too....we come back out with bonculars and we saw another low plane but it wasnt a plane it looked like a cross the wings were completley staright and were way in the back.....and it was completely silent too...so me and rob stay out there for a few more minutes and we see another plane that directly changes it route by making a u turn in the friggin air....
did anyone else see the plane that looked like the cross?

It probably was just a plan but you were probably looking at it at an angle that made it look like the wings were completely straight so don't worry about it and just go back to sledding in the snow you should tell your friend rob to stop looking at the sky and saying things like "what the hell is that" because it only scares you and makes you think of irrational things but yea so don't think you saw a UFO one time (and im serious about this) i saw three lights moving mega fast and i thought they were UFO's because they had no blinking lights and you couldn't hear any noise but they were actually just helicopters so since then i always think twice before i make decisions about stuff
So, in short, don't worry about it. It was probably nothing.
*EDIT* I have a Mod quote! Sad, I'm extremely happy about that...

Two summers ago in Ocean City MD,the armpit of the the eastern shoreline---at 230am after having eaten many mushrooms and laughed at the inbred hillbillies strolling the boardwalk,my buddy and I kicked it on the beach and smoked a spliff. After maybe ten minutes of staring out over the dark Atlantic, up about 60 ft in the sky, we both saw two orbs, centrifically orbiting each other like nuclei, and moving vertically up and down while orbiting. Twas the craziest shit I have ever seen, and needless to say . Neither of us spoke to each other during the 30 secs of jawdroppedness, but after, we both looked at each other and simply said, "Did you just.......", and got freaked and went to the hotel and up to our rooms. I swear to christ. It happened.

Ok I owned a German Equatorial Newtonian Reflector at ten, and belonged to the 4-H Astronomy Club, such was my Uber-nerdness, and it rocked, because I have seen the Shuttle, Mir, ISS, and a few dozen satellites by naked eye, because the older dudes knew exactly when to go out and where to look.
So a lot of winter night are spent outside freezing ass off trying to set up a glimpse of M31 or M42 or the Pleiadase, whatever. But man, I have seen some serious non-ballistic motion; and THATS the freakiest.
What do I think they are, the things I've seen I cant explain? I think most are explainable, but I like to imagine a Close Encounters type scenario where they buzz my truck one night.
Ever read about betty and barney hill?
Ever read the cockpit transcripts of the 747 pilots as they describe glowing objects at four times their speed comin up from under them and then shooting off into space? Sadly, they figured out what that one was; I'll have to goggle it or dig it up; fascinating shit.

the satilite i saw was small (duh) had two dim blue and red lights (werent blinking) and then like 5 lights (like the type that are on the free ways...) but the wierdest thing was the low plane with the wings way in the back i have never seen a plane like it in my whole life (and i study planes and see what types they are...) i think its called like a A-55 or something would anyone know?

Barney and Betty Hill of Portsmouth, N.H., are shown in this Sept. 16, 1966 file photo. Betty Hill, who with her late husband claimed to have been abducted by UFO extraterrestrials in New Hampshire's White Mountains, has died at age 85. She died at home Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, after a battle with lung cancer. The Hills claimed that on a return trip from Canada they were abducted for two hours on Sept. 19, 1961. (AP Photo/file)
