He's also living too far out in the boondocks! He should move to the Clarendon area of Arlington, Old Town Alexandria, or downtown DC. Everyone is depressed outside the beltway!!!

Well, since R&F were actually, technically on in Washington before they signed on in New York, and since many of us did listen during those halcyon years from the big apple...we know.
