Ron Fez Dot Net unspoken so secret no one knows Rule 36: If you refer to the show that's occurring now, remember many can't get the Show, so it's a nice gesture to sum up what is going on for those who arent so lucky.
So!
They opened the show, and so far, it's everyone tooling on WB again. Ron says he's had it WB says blah blah; the usual.
Then Crazy Jen calls in and tells R+F that WB called Jen late Friday night, and said to her that he'd do her 'Jersey Style', whatever that means. WB initially denied just about everything, but is slowly admitting to doing exactly that, and R+F are not psyched someone from the show [the Producer] is calling female listeners saying sexual things. WB says it's all a big misunderstanding, all done in sarcasm. R+F arent buying it.
Wow I sound like a snitch, but that was the first 30 mins...
oh, Ron made WB stand in the wastebasket to contemplate his errors.
gossip gossip
oh theyre giving away $5,000.00 in a contest. Thats what made them go off on WB, how big the give-away is, and how he'll mess it up.
Go WB!!!!

Crazy Jen is the most annoying character in quite a while. She attepmts to fill the "love to hate" role but she is just grating.
Please stop trying to make Wonderboy into Al Dukes.
Loved the back to back breaks last week of Iris and Paul O. Like a Time Machine. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Jesus, my apologies. I'll attempt to remember that in the future.
It's still painful radio anytime that she's on, and I don't believe for a second that WB came on to CJ at all.

Kerchak no prob! Hey I've done it a million times.
I just am away some times and when I read those im like 'damn! whats going on!'
anyway the show has melted down further; mikey d calling in, WB called his wife a skank, his wife [Tellin' Helen, the old schoolers know] called and yelled at WB so bad they had to dump out, and they were not psyched about having to dump out for Any reason.
Basically everyone is fighting with everyone tonight.
THis better lead to a boxing match!!!

Mikey D is a great example. I loved him when he was the announcer and he would go off on his Broadway and/or gay stories...it was funny. He was a funny character. Now he's kind of the "love to hate" guy. He's annoying when he calls in and bitches about his gameshows being stolen etc., but it's funny. When Jen calls in and screeches about "Fezzie and the movies" etc it it just so tired.

They're giving away $5,000? I recall last year they had $5,000 from a sponsor for a promotional thing, and they wanted to bring back the Big ASS cards, but they were turned down. Could it be that money?
Anyways my idea how they'll give it away?

i haven't heard tonight's show, but i thinkcrazy jen is funny. but it does seem like she is on the show a bit too much lately. perhaps they should save her for stunts- she has been a trooper for those segments (ie. milk drinking, fire and ice.)

I've run hot and cold on Wonderboy, but Mikey D. sounded like a freak tonight, the kind of freak who would have gay sex in the back of a car with his father driving, and show his penis to his 5 year old daught... oh, wait a minute.
And why is he always calling from inside of a funnel?
Am I the only one who heard him call Howard this morning, sans funnel?
I would be willing to beat up WB to make out with his girlfriend. Nothing personal, just bidness.

Jen is hysterical - she knows how to run with a bit. Throwing WB under the bus at the top of the show really threw him off guard which made for some very funny radio. She still has the best slam on Wonderboy, talking about how the new intern, Monster, rides his "d" all the time.
I really liked Mikey D. as the producer - he came in and had some great discussions with them, could really converse on a lot of topics, and seemed pretty on top of things, yet he was always willing to be the butt of the joke if it made for good radio.
(Is there anything worse than the Timmy song?!)
All of that said, Mikey D. in the role of the former/almost/always angry producer is not funny, and really annoying - I could see where some new listeners could tune in and be irritated by this crazy man screaming at this guy on the show trying to do his job.
Mizzle: I agree with you, and am often guilty myself, however I think many of those on time delay know that sometimes happens - that it's not an intentional slight (or they should know) - and that there are still plenty of discussions that may appear after the events on the show (sometimes a day later) just because someone is just able to catch the show, and those that listened live might be equally like "huh?"
Actually, a good friend of mine tapes it every night and doesn't get around to listening until a week or two later, so our conversations are sometimes me getting him up to speed, and him filling me in on things I might have missed.
Ahhh, yes...fulfilling rich lives.

The weirdest two hours ever on Ron and Fez. Maybe the best. Maybe the worst, depending on what ya like.
Last night had to be a record for Show De-Rail. How many calls did they even take last night? Did they ever even get to an actual talk segment? Something [curtoid? i missed it] happened at the beginning, I think Ron mentioned the beginning music got screwed up again or something. Anyway, the show went from 'Hey Buddays' to 'Wonderboy, what's your problem?' in ten seconds and stayed there for at least 90 minutes.
Ok, now I remember; there was a sorta segment, but it was taking calls on things people have regretted saying, ya know, when you say something horrifically out of place, whether on purpose or accident, like joking about a bald guy, then finding he's got cancer.
WB called Mikey Ds wife a Skank. Mikey D exploded [can't blame him there]. Ron was like 'what the F?' Helen calls in and Explodes. They take some calls about saying things you can never take back, end of show.
I think the problem may be Ron's loyalty to people on the show. Which is a good thing, the loyalty. Amazing really, in that business. But how to be loyal to Mikey D, who Ron is now repeatedly saying, out loud to WB, was a better producer, while also being loyal to WB. "Loyal' meaning Ron's not gonna be the one to end WBs career. If anyone, it will be WB. I dont think Ron has personally F-ed with anyones position on the show; if you're in, you're in, until you leave, or screw up so bad someone else pulls the person.
Or, I'm dead wrong. All guessing. But what a weird show. Good? Bad? Beats me.
[Edit: But GOD-DAMMIT This Better lead to a Night of FIGHTS ! C'Mon WJFK, tell your $400/hr lawyers to chill the fuck out and let the boys let two people spar in a ring. This is crucial. The remotes so far have been good, but nothing beats the sheer depravity and insanity of a night of fights. But the lawyers must read that as 'dangerous'. Let the boys box in a ring, with a real boxing ref, wearing gloves, mouthpieces and brian buckets like any other show. Sheeesh everyone signs a release. Ron and Fez do these fights great. They're born ring-side guys. It's in their DNA. LET IT BE!!!!!]

Jen can be extremely annoying, but I personally like when she's on air, as long as it's not overdone. She's kind of like a more outgoing Stalker Patty. They both make for good radio at the expense of the hosts
