I really want to put on a few pounds. I'm too thin:110 5'7 for a 15 year old guy. That sucks. Any suggestions on how I can gain weight kind aquickly?

Depends what kind of weight you want to put on. Fat? Muscle mass? A monkey?

Keith - I was in the same situation when I was your age, though not as tall and I banged chicks. EIther way, I used to do a few things that worked. First, eat all the time even if you are not hungry. Eat cheese and crackers, Taylor Ham and cheese, bacon sandwhiches. McDonalds. Also eat late at night, like around 11 or so. right before you go to bed. And to make sure this does not turn into a gut, start working out. I worked out 3 days per week for about an hour and a half per day. From the time I was a sophmore in highschool to a senior my benchpress went from max of about 130 to 275. By the time I was a senior I won best male body in my highschool. Never juiced or took a drug. The amount of testosrone your body is producing right now is amazing. You can put on size, mass, weight very quickly.

I don't think its a good idea to try and work out a lot or eat a lot to gain weight at your age. At the stage your in your bodies continually changing and theres a good chance you'll fill out as you get older.

Now there are many options available for dangerously underweighted individuals like yourself. I recommend a slow steady gorging process combined with assal horizontology

You'll want to focus on the neglected food groups such as the whipped group, the congealed group and the chocotastic!

Be creative. Instead of making sandwiches with bread, use poptarts. Instead of chewing gum, chew bacon
