Is Fuzz, Fez's cat, real?

The Purina commercials are usually hilarious, but Ron seems to always say the cat isn't real. I'm pretty sure there are legal issues about a spokesperson saying they use a product that they don't actually use.

If Fuzz isn't real, than the whole commercial is a lie, and probably illegal. In these post Janet-tit times, I'd hope the boys would be more careful than that.
