Has anyone been on a bar crawl?

Next sat March 6th im going to one in Manhattan. A whole bunch of bars on 2nd ave are sponsoring it. This is my first time going to one of these, definitely looking forward to it. Its for a charity, Whats better than getting drunk and still doing a good deed?

However, I once did the DC Bar Crawl when I was in college. That was a very long day -- and a painful next couple of days.

Bar crawls are great for light weights and non-drinkers!!! In my drinking days, I would rather have sat in my favorite pub and drink my ass off!!! Goodbye!!!!

I did one last year: 2nd ave in the 80s, (Opal, Murphy's, Tammanny Hall, etc.) Is it the same one? If it is, you get a cool T-Shirt.
