I guess I said that right. I have a shitty little website going back up in a few days but I came to a stumbling block. I have maybe, 10 Quick Time Movies ready to load up and I am wondering what file sizes are smaller. I tried AVI Windows Media but that didn't seem to go over too well. The Quick Time files load up ok but they just take awhile. I cringe not only at the thought of someone looking at my work but someone waiting to watch one of my shitty videos that i did in College. But I kind of want to get my stuff out there. My Flash Movies are no problem as that is pretty much the media that I use now for my animation. it is just the pre-Flash days that I kind of want to get out there. Anyone who can be of assistance to this pain in the ass, thanks. :)

Why not share your findings?

Your right, I should have. I just didn't think anyone was reading this so I didn't.

I just did some experimenting with QuickTime, Windows Media and then ultimately WinZip. WMV just looks like garbage. Quick Time holds onto the quality but i gcould only really go as large as 160 x 120 for video files. They were still abit big so I did Zip them up and uploaded the Zip Files to the Animations section of my site. They did work great with a pretty quick download time and the movie is right there. [Quick Time] 5 minutes to download and view one of my animations, you seriously have something better to do with your time and its not that important anyway. [WinZip] 2 minutes or less to downlaod and it is pretty instant viewing. You can even look at other things while downloading.

For some reason I couldn't export as an MPEG out of Adobe Premiere or Adobe After Effects. Is there a converter anywhere that can allow me to not only convert but keep the quality and shrink the file size?

I am really sorry for responding to my own thread here and hate to come off as a post whore but I kind of found what I needed to do what I want.
The HG MPEG Encoder (http://download.com.com/3000-7970-10263843.html) seems to be right on the money as far as what I want to do. I can shrink down my Quick Time Movies AND keep the quality and be able to watch the progress as it happens in a frame by frame window. It is Frre to try for 15 days but I think I may just reinstall the softwarer after expiration each time. It is $49 which may even be not a bad price to buy it.

Not only can i do my own QT Movies but I just found the final two Christmas Episodes of The Office last night and am able to convert THEM to VCD via MPEG. ROCK!
