Frankie had a blood-alcohol level of 0.50 percent - more than six times Montana's 0.08 percent legal threshold for drunken driving, and well more than enough to kill an adult. Back in grade 9 I had a friend pass out in a snowbank...being young and stupid, the school made fun of him for it. "hey, how was the snowbank?" "hey look..its frosty". Later in life I realised that his parents were overbearing tyrants and he would lash out in ways that eventually would land him in prison for 15 years.
