Will Ron & Fez team up with the Monsters???

As everyone knows The Love Sponge was squeezed out of Tampa & off Terrestrial Radio by Clear Channel with little hope of returning short of satellite radio. 1 week later CC's reaction to Stern was to suspend him from CC stations to save their own ass not realizing Stern would not bend leaving morning slots open on 8 stations including REAL radio 104.1 out of Orlando FL. This leads me to the current situation on 104.1 with the MONSTERS "temporarily" moving to the morning slot as well as broadcasted on stations where Bubba & Stern where aired until the current snafu is figured out. This actually leaves a fantastic opportunity for 104.1 to shuffle things around and create a "Dream Team" Line-up. Syndicating RON & FEZ to 104.1 keeping the MONSTERS in the morning and moving the DREW SHOW to the Mid-day. Unless of course R & F wanted to make a triumphant return to FLA in the Mid-day slot leaving Drew where he is and only moving the MONSTERS?

THAT'S A KICK ASS LINE-UP any way you shuffle it!!!!!

This whole scenario works out great until you realize that Ron and Fez are under contract with Infinity broadcasting, not Clear Channel. As far as XM 152 goes, if anything the Monsters will stay and XM will continue to fill the rest of the day will market 22 slobs.

Ah! yes right I know they are under contract with Infinity and so was Stern when he broadcasted on 104.1 thats what syndication is for and R&F could broadcast from WJFK to 104.1. Of course contracts are made to be broken too but thats doubtful. I don't care were they broadcast from I just want to hear them!

As for Stern OH well! you said you wanted off the air and out of your contract!!! Here it comes baby! Enjoy your vacation courtesy of the FCC.

Ron and Fez were ripped from us in New York. I don't know why they left Florida and I can certainly understand a fan wanting them back in there market . Maybe i over reacted and I apologize.

It was the Stern comment that annoyed me. I don't find it funny that a govt. agency that wasn't elected can pressure a company to fire an employee just because that employee ruffles some feathers.

Relax, I'm a fan long before NEW had the pleasure of the spawn of Tampa radio. I repeat I don't care where they broadcast from as long as I can hear them. Hell I would settle for net access!

As for the Stern comment I am not shooting at him just facing reality of the effed up government and how the can fine Stern, Bubba, or any other personality years after the fact and base the fine on the number of affiliates they currently broadcast through. This crap enrages me and I am proud of Howard not going down with out a fight even if he wants to quit the airwaves. Maybe this is the mainline injection he needed to remind him of his the love of broadcasting!
Instead of single-handed fight he should stand together with BTLS, O&A and others to fight this Jihad Monarchy.

Today when Jerry Springer can broadcast his bile at 1pm on UHF television band our politicians wield a blind riotous dictatorship over what you and I can listen to because they have decided we are NOT adult enough or smart enough to change the channel or decipher between right, wrong, useless banter and humor!
