no matter how old, what race, or anything, everyone has slang terms for things. i no longer see being able to classify anything as ghetto anymore, but more Hip Hop culture.
just as many white people say thats chill as black people. older people have older slang. but you cant classify any term as being used by blacks, cause everyone basically uses them now.
