WB vs. Mikey D: what exactly happened?

Unfortunately, I missed the show last night, but I was wondering what exactly transpired. I tried reading through the fight results, but it wasn't quite clear. This is the version I was able to glean:

Mikey D didn't bring Helen,
No fight, he throws in the towel(or maybe fought 2 rounds?)
WB is named the winner


Why did he quit? When did he quit? And how did Ron and Fez leave it? I know they usually pride themselves as paying off for their fans as evidenced by Al Dukes, who was a font of material, staying banned when he lost his loser leaves town match. How did they handle it?
