plastic bottle vs. can

which tastes better, coke out of 2 litre plastic bottle or a 12 oz can? i prefer cans but waste a lot of soda. but 2 litres go flat so quick.

i actually went looking for bottled coke a while back, and when i finally found some, it was a letdown. and at $5 for a 6-pack of 8 oz. soda, a ripoff too. it was no better or worse than my choice, a 6-pack of 16.9 oz. plastic bottles. it costs more than a 2-liter bottle, but its worth it for the effervescence. cans have an obvious metallic taste, and(although i cant prove it) more carbination.
