this is not a recent phenomenon. historically, the female callers have rarely been funny. i feel ashamed whenever i hear them.

tough not to sound chauvinistic but i rarely find any female comedians funny to the point where they makes me laugh... entertaining or amusing maybe but never a good laugh from the gut...

on the other hand i've enjoyed alot of what girls had to say when they called in on the New York show... back when
