In a bit of a bind here helping my Grandparents conquer an email problem.
They open up outlook Express like they always do to check their e-mail. They click on the new message but the only problem is that there is no message displayed. I have the same problem with my account when i sign in on their computer to check my mail.
Any solutions would be appreciated! Thanks!

...as pathetic as it sounds, they get more than I do. I was just in a quagmire and trying to figure out what the hell it was. I could see both email accounts in both "online" versions (Hotmail, etc...) but not the message window. Pain in the ass.

I am not sure if I know exactly what you are asking, but the problem may be that the prview pane is off? When the click the message, it should open in a new window. Things to check
1. Make sure under the View - current view Show all messages is selected.
2. Goto Windows update and make there they are all patched up.
3. If you right click the message and choose open, what happens?
4. to turn the preview pane on. Its under View- Layout.
Also, feel bad that your grandparents get more mail than you. Just kidding, but if you need anything else you can PM me.

maybe it's because the people sending the messages are using white text
or the messages are subliminal...
