Cell Phone Question?

I'm thinking about buying the LG VX6000 from verizon. Its the one with the camera phone. Its shape resembles an oval almost. Was wondering if anybody had one or new anything about it?

I have it. I can make phone calls with it and take pictures with it.... what do you want to know beyond all the specs and reviews that you can get anywhere online?

I was just wondering how good of a phone it is. Is worth the buy, is there a better one out there? Should get a different phone at a cheaper price? Basically, I like the phone and wanted to hear if anything should prevent me from getting it? Thanks again.

I highly recommend the phone. I dont know if you already have a phone with the get it now feature, but it can come in handy in many situations with the phonebook, weather, mapquest, movie times, lots of really real cool stuff.

I got it. It's cool. It has a mirror, so you can take a picture of yourself. Go for it.

The only thing to keep in mind is what type of work you do and what places you visit.

Many of the larger companies (and now some of the small to medium sized ones) - at least here in the DC area - are not allowing cell phones with camera's inside the actual building. It's all part of concerns about information security and lawsuits related to identity theft/invasion of privacy.

This was one of the reason's that I opted for an LG VX4400 which has almost identical features but doesn't have the camera. I also already have a digital camera which gives me substantially better pictures/options.

The slide phone is okay. My girl has got one. Its fine for her. It doesn't have all the options and certain things that the phones allow you to. But the whole slide this is pretty cool.

The only difference between the VX6000 and the VX4400 is the latter doesn't have a camera option? other then that there the same? Price wise too?

Hearing how good the phone is, I was sure before hand but hearing now how good it is, I'll definatley get. I also just checked and can get it for a deal that would give it me for the 4400 price which is cheaper. Thanks
