Let's say I showed up in a full Biohazard suit like in that movie, Outbreak, you know? But Instead of being completely sealed, there was a hole made in it for my penis. It would have to have some type of rubber seal on it to ensure that there was no airborn contact, but we're talking in the hypothetical here, so I don't need specifics.

I seriously doubt it. Assuming your dick was clean and free of germs, if you inserted it into her, I dont see how the cold virus could cause her to get a cold through just the sperm. But if you had sneezed on it before you put the suit on and she took you in orally... I think she could get the cold that way.
