Usually all human pathological waste (ie all tissues etc that could be potentially infectious) are first bagged & autoclaved (that's a machine that sterilizes stuff at high temp/heat) and then carted off by whoever disposes of your lab's waste. They incinerate solid stuff, I think (and I think the dump sterilized blood down the drain??)

It's not really like aborted fetuses are very big or anything anyhow.
