I had assumed that if Ron and fez has a guest and had such a great time with them like they did, they would have no problem with them giving them selves a wee bit of a plug. or is this not there site and im not being sarcastic.
I do think he is how do you say green he really does not know the way of chat rooms, web sites, ect just check his out. Damn, gotta agree with Bella.

It might seem this board is dwindling sharply, beat me why, but the guy was Radio Gold, and felt like plugging. Policy is correct, but the board policies are broken about every tenth post these days, if anyone wants to fine-tooth comb them [thread redundancy, for starters.] A PM woulda been fine. Now I'm gonna take my opinion and shove it up my own ass.

Mikeyboy rules as a Mod; and it goes without saying he meant so ill will to anyone.

Oh; and now on to cooler stuff:

Hypnosis was shown to be a very real phenomenon, with surprising results. This is not to say that a person under hypnosis is not aware of what they are doing, oh wow this will be too long; its basically about Limbic/R-Complex systems being controlled over the higher functions, and with a guy like Don, and I'd love Don to chime in coz I'm maybe dead wrong, but the key is to get the person in a relaxed, perhaps Alpha-wave state; where the suggestions bypass the 'skeptical/rational' higher portions of the cerebellum, and sit nicely in the centers where our 'urges' are controlled.

Exactly why Fez, and other creative people are so susceptible. They have an open channel between these systems, and hence there can be difficulties in 'thinking too much'; this is what Fez and others with OCD and Depression; their minds are a blur of activity. The hyponotist is focusing that person, turning down the randomizations; such that clear channels are established.

Again, with the usual willing, even though 'aware' subject, is, in a real way, aware of whats going on. However, they are just letting ride this part of their brain that Don wants them to focus on.

The AMAZING recall of specifics of crime witnesses, or people who saw a car but cant remember the make model Fill the Crime Books.

Wonderful stuff.

I'd like to discuss with Mr. Hypnotist some time any experience he has had with the controversial 'recovered memories' therapy some are using, and have used in the past. Abuse led to false recovered memories, which, in some famous cases of purported familial sexual abuse, led to people being jailed wrongly. Perhaps Don has heard of such abuse; but this is not his realm, so No Blame, just a subject!

Okay first of all I am not "green" to the internet and the rules. I was responding to a question of how somebody could reach me and I posted it. If I broke a rule it was certainly NOT my intention to do so, and if anybody wants to remove my post..go ahead kill it I have no problem with it. In response to your questions..First I define hypnosis as a heightened state of awareness..You are VERY aware of whats going on and even more so. Its not a phenomenon, its something we all do every day..ever daydream?..ever read a really good book or watch a TV show and your so engrossed in it that you tuned everybody else out?..then you have experienced what hypnosis feels like.

Its actually called "disassociation" , its like you know the difference between Hot and Cold Water, but when you no longer can associate the 2 your there.....

I have been asked to be back on at some point with volunteers from the listening audience to come down to the show so I am looking forward to doing it again.
