i hate to ask computer questions here; i don't like to take up space for something like this, but i don't know what i can do.
Here's the problem:
i can't get the screen saver options screen to open. i can get the control panel open, but the Display portion opens and then closes within a second. It just won't stay open. Is there anyone that may know how to fix this?

Hey, here's some new fun shit thats happening.


i can't get the clock portion to stay open to update the time.
i can't turn off the computer from the start button anymore
i can't restart the computer from the start button anymore, i have to go through the Ctrl+Alt+Del

Any ideas from anyone.
