No words are sufficient to give proper thanks and gratitude for the sacrifice men and women like Sergeant Delgreco make. The best we can do is live our lives never forgeting the God given freedoms that Sergeant Delgreco died honoring, defending and trying to bring to those unfortunate souls living under the cloud of oppression and tyranny. You gave your life truly doing God's work. Thank you.

I was searching for a way to properly offer my condolences and this does nicely.

Sorry to hear it, Rooster.

The best we can do is remember him and continually thank him for what he gave up for the rest of us.

My sincere condolences for you and your friend's family. It is the ultimate sacrifice that he gave and the fact that you honor his memory shows how he affected your life in a profound and positive manner.

Thank you. He is a hero. He did this not for glory but for his belief in what America is.

At the young age of 22, he was already a veteran of service in Bosnia and Operation Noble Eagle here in the United States.

Like everyone else, I have no idea what to say; I just keep reading the article, and the above, and I stand in awe of people like that. Absolutely in utter awe.

What a horrible loss. Sorry.
