When i was younger, i used to know this small deli that made, what i consider, the greatest knishes in the world. They closed up a few years ago and since then, i have yet to find any place that comes close to the quality and delectibility of those knishes.
So, what i ask, is if anyone knows of any place that has really good knishes. While the hot-dog cart knishes are adequate, i'm looking for the more, "home-made," kind.
100 points go to you if you know of a place in NJ, and another 500 points if you know of one near Freehold, although i doubt its possible since the food in Freehold is maybe one step above week old dumpster trash.

One of my favorite places for knishes is at Deli King (http://www.queenscourier.com/dining/2001/images/deliking041901a.jpg) in Lake Success. The knishes are out of this world. They make both the "home made" and the hot dog cart style (pictured below).
